Read or Listen to the following passage:
When I was a kid, one of my favorite things to do with my friends was play games. We would spend hours outside, running around and laughing as we played games like hide and seek, tag, and kickball.
Hide and seek was always one of our favorites. We would find creative hiding spots and try to stay hidden for as long as possible, giggling silently as the seeker searched for us. Sometimes we would play at night, using flashlights to navigate the dark and make the game even more exciting.
Tag was another game we loved. We would chase each other around, trying to be the one to tag someone else and become “it.” The game was especially fun when we played it at the park or on the playground, using the equipment to climb and hide and make the game more challenging.
Looking back, those childhood games were some of the happiest times of my life. Even though I’m older now and don’t play those games as much, I still look back on those memories with fondness and nostalgia.
